Unlike the turbine, the Maximum Ventilators are CSA approved and do not require to rotate to prevent water or snow infiltrations, even withstanding hurricane wind and rain conditions of 175 km./hr. or 110 mi/hr. Its unique storm proof system prevents infiltrations, while at the same time capturing the wind from all directions and at velocities as low as 6 km./hr. (4 mi./hr.). With this combination of technology, wind and pressure differentials, a “chimney effect” results in drawing the stale air and moisture out of the attic space, while replacing it with fresh new air that enters through the soffits.
The model VMAX-301 has been designed for slope roof application and is compatible with most all types of roofing membrane including metal. It has no moving parts, requires no electricity, and is completely silent and maintenance free. Built tough to endure the harshest weather conditions that nature has to offer including hail storms. It sits high enough off the roof deck to allow it to weather through snow accumulations without being covered, thus, finally giving the home owner a peace of mind.

RIDGE FLASHING
This special flashing is installed directly on the ridge of the roof allowing for a perfect balance of ventilation and extra height for the heavy snow regions or forest areas. It allows for a fast and easy installation onto any roofing materials whether it be asphalt shingles or metal roofs. It can be manufactured to fit all dimensions, and can be made of any raw metal of your choice.

EXTENSIONS
If your roof ventilator is not high enough. We have an extension from 12″ to 72″. Available Colours: Black, Brown, and Grey.

MEDIA FILTER
If snow infiltration is a problem. The Media Filter can be used in residential, commercial and industrial applications. A loss of ventilator efficiency of approximately 20% should be considered.
RETENTION PAN METAL
Used in conjunction with the media filter. The retention pan constructed of galvanized steel and includes four corner straps for installation.
COUNTER FLASHING
Counter flashings are made of galvanized steel to the exact size of the ventilator’s body and/or cathedral system. Counter flashing are required for steel roof installations.
