Concours « Gagnez un séjour pour 2 personnes au Costa Rica! »

ÉLIGIBILITÉ

Pour participer et être admissible à gagner, le participant doit résider au Q et avoir plus de 18 ans. Il ne doit pas être un employé, un membre de la famille immédiate d’un employé ou vivre avec un employé de Ventilation Maximum. Le participant doit être couvreur ou couvreuse pour une entreprise de contracteur en toiture opérant au Canada. Aucun achat requis. Le concours débute le 27 mai 2024 et se termine le 30 septembre 2024 (à 23 h 59, heure de l’Est). Le tirage aura lieu le 2 octobre 2024 à 9 h, heure de l’Est, aux bureaux de Ventilation Maximum. Le gagnant aura 7 jours pour accepter son prix, suite à quoi il y aura un nouveau tirage pour désigner un autre gagnant.

INSCRIPTION

Pour s’inscrire, les participants doivent remplir le formulaire du concours au (inclure lien) lire les procédures, inscrire leurs informations et suivre toutes les étapes jusqu’à la confirmation. Lorsque le participant soumet une inscription, il accepte irrévocablement que ses informations soient transférées à Ventilation Maximum. Les participations sont limitées à une participation par personne. Les enregistrements additionnels seront disqualifiés. Un individu ne peut utiliser plus d’une adresse courriel pour s’enregistrer au concours.

PRIX

Le gagnant recevra un voyage accompagné pour deux (2) personnes au Costa Rica (sept (7) jours et cinq (5) nuits) d’une valeur totale de 7000 $ CA.

• Vol au départ de Montréal vers Venise et retour de Liberia avec Westjet
• Taxes, incluant la taxe de séjour et le service de port des bagages aux hôtels

Le gagnant devra respecter les conditions d’utilisation suivantes :

**CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES ET ADMISSIBILITÉ**

– Le concours est ouvert aux résidents du Canada âgés de 18 ans et plus. Les gagnants renoncent à tout recours si les services offerts ne sont pas entièrement satisfaisants. La valeur totale des prix au détail est de 7 000 $ CA. Le gagnant sera choisi au hasard parmi toutes les personnes inscrites au concours via notre site Web. Le tirage sera effectué de manière électronique en extrayant la liste des courriels inscrits dans le cadre du concours.

– Les employés, représentants et/ou agents (et/ou ceux résidant à la même adresse qu’un tel employé, représentant ou agent, qu’ils soient apparentés ou non) de Ventilation Maximum ne sont pas admissibles.

– Ventilation Maximum se réserve le droit de modifier ou de mettre fin au concours à tout moment, sans préavis.

– En participant au concours, chaque participant autorise, en cas de gain, Ventilation Maximum à utiliser son nom, sa ville de résidence, et ce, à des fins publicitaires et promotionnelles, sans aucune rémunération et pour une durée indéterminée.

– Les photos et images utilisées dans le matériel publicitaire ou promotionnel (y compris, sans s’y limiter, la publicité imprimée, électronique et sur des bannières publicitaires web) sont fournies à titre indicatif seulement.

**CONDITIONS D’UTILISATION**

Le gagnant et son invité acceptent et s’engagent à respecter les conditions d’utilisation suivantes :

– Ce prix ne peut être combiné à aucune autre offre promotionnelle.

– La réservation et les arrangements liés au voyage doivent être effectués auprès de l’agence de voyage choisie par Ventilation Maximum par le gagnant, uniquement et sans exception.

– Le gagnant et son invité doivent voyager selon un itinéraire identique, durant la période déterminée, sur le même vol, depuis le même aéroport d’origine et vers la même destination.

– Tous les frais et dépenses autres que ceux mentionnés ci-dessus seront à la charge du gagnant et de son invité, notamment, sans limitation, le transport entre le domicile et l’aéroport, les activités à destination non incluses, les repas et boissons non compris, les frais de déplacement, les appels téléphoniques, les frais de roaming et de données mobiles, les dépenses personnelles et les pourboires.

– Le gagnant et son invité doivent avoir atteint l’âge de la majorité dans leur province de résidence pour bénéficier du voyage.

– Le prix doit être accepté tel que décrit dans le présent règlement et ne peut, en aucun cas, être transféré à une autre personne, remplacé par un autre prix ou échangé contre de l’argent. Si une partie du prix n’est pas utilisée, aucune compensation monétaire ne sera accordée.

– Le prix voyage ne peut être utilisé après sa date d’expiration, soit le 31 janvier 2025.

– Cette offre ne peut pas être prolongée. En cas d’annulation pour toute raison, le voyage ne pourra pas être reporté.

– Toute prolongation de séjour sera soumise aux politiques de flexibilité en vigueur au moment du voyage et pourrait être à la charge du gagnant en partie ou en totalité.

– En cas de refus du prix voyage par le gagnant, celui-ci ne peut être converti en argent comptant et sera considéré comme annulé.

– Le prix voyage concerne spécifiquement le voyage mentionné et ne peut être échangé contre un voyage à une autre destination.

– Il est de la responsabilité du gagnant et de son invité de connaître les conditions d’entrée, de transit et de sortie de la destination visitée et d’obtenir les documents de voyage nécessaires, incluant tout visa ou passeport vaccinal requis, et de s’assurer de leur validité pendant toute la durée du voyage. Aucune compensation monétaire ne sera accordée en cas de non-respect de ces formalités.

– Le gagnant et son invité sont responsables de souscrire à leurs frais à une assurance personnelle, médicale et de voyage avant leur départ, incluant la couverture des soins médicaux à destination.

– Sauf indication contraire, Ventilation Maximum n’offre aucune garantie explicite ou implicite relative au prix voyage. Ventilation Maximum n’est pas responsable si l’utilisation du prix voyage est impossible en raison d’un cas de force majeure, notamment une pandémie.

– Ventilation Maximum n’est pas responsable de tout événement pouvant empêcher ou retarder le voyage, ni des réservations d’hébergement ou des activités réservées par le gagnant et son invité à destination.

– Les gagnants renoncent à tout recours si les services offerts ne sont pas entièrement satisfaisants.

**INFORMATIONS RELATIVES AU COVID-19**

– Le gagnant et son invité doivent se conformer à leurs frais à toutes les exigences sanitaires en vigueur au moment du voyage, en lien avec la pandémie de COVID-19 ou autres, les rendant admissibles à voyager vers la destination, à profiter des activités touristiques et à retourner au Canada. Ils s’engagent à consulter le site du Gouvernement du Canada pour obtenir les dernières informations mises à jour et planifier leur séjour en conséquence. Ventilation Maximum ne peut être tenu responsable si le gagnant ou son invité ne répondent pas aux exigences en place au moment de leur séjour.

– Les gagnants acceptent les risques associés à la propagation de maladies infectieuses et reconnaissent qu’il est de leur responsabilité de prendre les précautions nécessaires, notamment en ce qui concerne la COVID-19.

**RÉCLAMATION DES PRIX**

– Le gagnant sera mis en contact avec l’agence de voyage choisie par Ventilation Maximum pour réserver son voyage. Le gagnant et son invité doivent accepter de recevoir les communications de Ventilation Maximum pour les besoins de la réservation et du voyage. Le gagnant sera choisi par un système automatisé et son nom sera affiché sur la page du concours et sur nos réseaux sociaux. Il sera également contacté par courriel et devra fournir une preuve de résidence canadienne ainsi qu’une preuve d’emploi chez une entreprise de couvreurs. Le gagnant devra répondre au courriel dans les 7 jours suivant son envoi. En cas de non-réponse, il renoncera automatiquement à son prix et celui-ci sera attribué à une autre personne. Le tirage aura lieu le 2 octobre 2024 à 9 h dans les bureaux de Ventilation Maximum, situés au 9229 Rue Pierre Bonne à Montréal, Canada.

**LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ**

– En acceptant un prix, chaque gagnant et son invité dégagent les bénéficiaires de toute responsabilité, obligation, réclamation, action, dommage, demande, poursuite, dette, compte, cautionnement, convention, garantie, indemnité, amende, frais juridiques, contrat ou responsabilité de toute nature découlant de l’acceptation et/ou de l’utilisation du prix, incluant, sans s’y limiter, toute blessure, maladie, mort ou dommage aux biens ou perte de biens. À compter de la remise du prix, les obligations liées à celui-ci deviennent la responsabilité des fournisseurs de services et de produits composant le prix, dans les limites du droit applicable.

RULES AND CONDITIONS

Win a stay for 2 people in Costa Rica!

ELIGIBILITY

To enter and be eligible to win, the entrant must reside in Q and be over 18 years of age. He or she must not be an employee, an immediate family member of an employee, or live with an employee of Maximum Ventilation. The participant must be a roofer for a roofing contractor company operating in Canada. No purchase necessary. The contest begins on May 27, 2024 and ends on September 30, 2024 (at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time). The draw will take place on October 2, 2024 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time at the offices of Ventilation Maximum. The winner will have 7 days to accept their prize, after which there will be a new draw to designate another winner.

REGISTRATION

To enter, entrants must complete the Contest Form for the 40th Anniversary Contest Maximum Ventilation – Maximum Ventilation (ventilation-maximum.com) read the procedures, enter their information and follow all the steps until confirmation. When the participant submits an entry, he/she irrevocably agrees that his/her information will be transferred to Ventilation Maximum. Entries are limited to one entry per person. Additional entries will be disqualified. An individual may not use more than one email address to register for the Contest.

CONTEST DESCRIPTION

Registration is done on the form available on the 40th Anniversary Contest Maximum Ventilation – Maximum Ventilation (ventilation-maximum.com).

PRICE

The winner will receive an escorted trip for two (2) people to Costa Rica (seven (7) days and five (5) nights) with a total value of $7000 CAD.

• Flight from Montreal, Toronto or Calgary to Costa Rica and back from Costa Rica with Westjet or another airline. 
• Accommodation for two people in a fully inclusive hotel; 
• Taxes, including tourist tax and luggage port service at hotels

The winner must comply with the following conditions of use:

**GENERAL CONDITIONS AND ELIGIBILITY**

– The contest is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older. The winners waive any recourse if the services offered are not completely satisfactory. The total value of the retail prizes is $7,000 CAD. The winner will be chosen at random from all those registered for the competition via our website. The draw will be conducted electronically by extracting the list of emails entered in the contest.

– Employees, representatives and/or agents (and/or those residing at the same address as such employee, representative or agent, whether related or not) of Ventilation Maximum are not eligible.

– Ventilation Maximum reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time, without notice.

– By entering the contest, each participant authorizes, in the event of winning, Ventilation Maximum to use his or her name and city of residence for advertising and promotional purposes, without any compensation and for an indefinite period.

– Photos and images used in advertising or promotional materials (including, without limitation, print, electronic and web banner advertising) are provided for informational purposes only.

**TERMS OF USE**

The winner and his/her guest agree and agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of use:

– This prize cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

– The booking and travel arrangements must be made through the travel agency chosen by Ventilation Maximum by the winner, only and without exception.

– The winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itinerary, during the specified period, on the same flight, from the same origin airport to the same destination.

– All costs and expenses other than those mentioned above will be the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest, including, without limitation, transportation between home and the airport, destination activities not included, meals and beverages not included, travel expenses, telephone calls, roaming and mobile data charges, personal expenses and tips.

– The winner and his/her guest must be of the age of majority in their province of residence to benefit from the trip.

– The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and may not, under any circumstances, be transferred to another person, replaced by another prize or exchanged for cash. If a portion of the prize is not used, no monetary compensation will be awarded.

– The travel price cannot be used after its expiry date, i.e. January 31, 2025.

– This offer cannot be extended. In case of cancellation for any reason, the trip cannot be postponed.

– Any extension of stay will be subject to the flexibility policies in effect at the time of travel and may be the responsibility of the winner in part or in full.

– In the event of refusal of the trip prize by the winner, it cannot be converted into cash and will be considered forfeited.

– The tour price is specific to the mentioned trip and cannot be exchanged for travel to another destination.

– It is the responsibility of the winner and his/her guest to know the conditions of entry, transit and exit of the destination visited and to obtain the necessary travel documents, including any required visa or vaccination passport, and to ensure their validity for the duration of the trip. No monetary compensation will be granted in the event of non-compliance with these formalities.

– The winner and his/her guest are responsible for purchasing personal, medical and travel insurance at their own expense prior to departure, including coverage for medical care at destination.

– Unless otherwise specified, Ventilation Maximum does not offer any express or implicit guarantee relating to the travel price. Ventilation Maximum is not responsible if the use of the travel fare is impossible due to force majeure, including a pandemic.

– Maximum Ventilation is not responsible for any event that may prevent or delay travel, nor for accommodation bookings or activities booked by the winner and their guest at the destination.

– Winners waive any recourse if the services offered are not completely satisfactory.

**COVID-19 INFORMATION**

– The winner and his/her guest must comply at their own expense with all health and safety requirements in effect at the time of travel, related to the COVID-19 pandemic or otherwise, making them eligible to travel to the destination, enjoy tourism activities and return to Canada. They agree to consult the Government of Canada website for the latest and most up-to-date information and plan their stay accordingly. Maximum Ventilation cannot be held responsible if the winner or his/her guest does not meet the requirements in place at the time of their stay.

– Winners accept the risks associated with the spread of infectious diseases and acknowledge that it is their responsibility to take necessary precautions, including with respect to COVID-19.

**PRIZE CLAIM**

– The winner will be put in contact with the travel agency chosen by Ventilation Maximum to book their trip. The winner and his/her guest must agree to receive communications from Ventilation Maximum for the purposes of booking and travel. The winner will be chosen by an automated system and their name will be displayed on the contest page and on our social media channels. They will also be contacted by email and will be required to provide proof of Canadian residency as well as proof of employment with a roofing company. The winner must respond to the email within 7 days of it being sent. In the event of a non-response, the winner will automatically forfeit the prize and it will be awarded to another person. The draw will take place on October 2, 2024 at 9 a.m. at the offices of Ventilation Maximum, located at 9229 Rue Pierre Bonne in Montreal, Canada.

**LIMITATION OF LIABILITY**

– By accepting a prize, each winner and his/her guest release the recipients from any and all liability, obligation, claim, action, damage, demand, suit, debt, account, bond, agreement, warranty, indemnity, fine, legal fees, contract or liability of any kind arising out of the acceptance and/or use of the prize, including, without limitation, any injury, illness, death or damage to property or loss of property. From the time the prize is awarded, the obligations related to the prize become the responsibility of the suppliers of services and products making up the prize, within the limits of applicable law.
